Machine description:

This machine is specially designed to apply liners made of thermoplastic material inside crown caps.

The machine consists of the following parts:

- Cap infeed assembly which includes a centrifugal hopper and suitably sized channels for directing and carrying the caps to the drum assemblies.

- Extruder for the thermoplastic material with which the liners are produced.

- Frequency converter for the cap induction heater.

- Drum assemblies which place the plastic pellets into the caps, form the liners and control the quality of the caps by using mechanical or air-operated means.

- Swithchboard complete with a module which monitors the whole production cycle.

- Pneumatic, cooling, vacuum and waste-suction systems
